DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide advice and guidance on good Health, Safety and Environment management practice to the Project Leads and subcontractors.

Communicate and implement HSE Standards in the project and ensure the compliance as required to achieve the project HSE goals and objectives.

Develop and maintain Project HSE Management System, Monitor and keep project management abreast on the execution and compliance to the HSE Management System at the project/site level.

Through regular fieldwork, verify that all personnel are fully conversant with the corporate and/or project HSE Management System, its procedures, and related HSE instructions.
