Flow cytometry crossmatch and PRA and Immunophenotyping using BD FACS Calibur, and FC500 Beckman Coulter .

DNA typing of HLA Class I and class II by PCR-SSP, using Invitrogen Tray and Olerup Tray.

DNA typing by reverse sequence specific oligonucleotides (rSSO), using Luminex (LabScan 100)

Antibody screening (PRA) by Luminex (LabScan 100).

Daily quality control.

Data entry with software “HISTOTRAC” and Cerner, and paperwork handling for patients and samples.

Coordinate dialysis centers for sample delivery and pick-up.

Good computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop, and Power point.
