Please be advised that the deferred payments will be added to the end of the loan, thus extending the original loan term. If you have GAP, this Agreement may limit the GAP coverage.

Please note, that if you do not complete the three consecutive on-time payments your account status will remain as is and normal collections processes will continue. In addition, if you have open lines of credit or available funds on a credit card, these accounts will be closed. In the future, if you would like to re-establish such lines of credit, you may do so after one year. At that time, you need to apply for a new loan and are subject to normal lending guidelines. We will only offer this program to you one time for the life of your loan with us. Please sign and return this letter to me directly via fax at 703-***-**** or mail. If you have requested this in email, please respond to my email directly that you agree to the terms of this agreement. Email and fax responses must be returned within 24 business hours. Mail request must be returned within 10 days.
