Also maintained a cash drawer which required accurate count reports and the end of each shift. Ensured correct amounts were received and correct change returned. As a Cook I handled different order options and request. Always striving to provide customers the best experience from their meal.

Seasonal opportunity to work as a performer. I was responsible for providing customers with a truly unique and entertaining experience nightly. General guidelines were provided, but performances were mostly improvised. This environment provided me the opportunity to develop problems solving techniques while strengthening my customer service skills.

I worked to provide customers with the best moving going experience available. I handled customer orders, memorized weekly/monthly specials, and payments for any orders. Delivered orders directly to customers seats and did what I could to ensure they had all options available to them, while not disturbing other customers movie experience. End of shift closing responsibilities very depending on the company needs, but include closing out cash drawers, sanitizing cook and prep stations, theater clean-up, and nightly inventory counts. As shift organizer I ensure all shift duties for runners/servers are dealt out equally and all duties are being completed on schedule.
