Over 20 years of experience with the last over 11 years in one of the most advance complex gas processing plant in Installation, Commissioning, Troubleshooting and maintaining Mechanical Machinery and Equipment like Pumps, Compressors, Engines, Blowers, Fin Fans, Heat Exchangers, Boilers, Furnaces, Air-Coolers, Valves etc.

Witnessing and recording of all pre-commissioning and commissioning test data.

Supervise the contractor and sub-contractor personnel to ensure contractor performs all work to agreed standards for safety, health and environment and to attaining high levels of HSE performance.

GASCO is an operating company of Abu Dhabi Oil Company (ADNOC) processing more than 10 billion standard cubic feet per day of natural gas into sales gas, NGL, condensate and Sulphur.

During the above period preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, removal, dismantling, repair, reassembly, testing and reinstallation jobs were carried out independently or under supervision in the capacity of Mechanical Technician on following machines:

Pumps:

Experience in maintenance in all types of pumps such as centrifugal, reciprocating and rotary pumps.

Centrifugal Compressors:

Involved in following activities of complete strip down and reassembly of centrifugal compressor.

Reciprocating Compressors and Engines:

Troubleshooting

Preventive maintenance

Overhauling of compressor and Engines.

Gearbox:

General maintenance overhauling tooth conduct checking gears replacement, backlash measurement and correction of gearbox.

Mechanical Seals: John Crane, Burgmann

Refurbishment of all type of single double, tandem and cartridge seals, having single, multi-spring and bellows

Renewal of packing seal faces and maintained operating length lapping seal faces to the required finish.

Maintenance jobs carried out in Fin fan Air coolers which include activities like blinding,Plugs removal, tubes ID cleaning, Hydro testing, bearing replacement activities etc.,

Maintenance jobs carried out in replacing existing tower internals as per requirement.

Maintenance jobs carried out in Towers, which include activities like removal of trays.

Maintenance jobs carried out in absorber & vessels which include activities like cleaning, catalyst renewal, Demister removal etc.,
