● Ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy before starting the journey including tires, petro, oil and lubricants.

● Operating a heavily insulated tank truck or milk tanker and pumping milk into the vehicle.

● Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew as needed; check that vehicle position is correct and any special loading equipment is properly positioned.
