2 Piece Cup Production Manager 04/20 to Present

Dart Container – Dallas, Tx.

Manage 24/7 cup production consisting of 77 formers, 26 Bagger, and 12 Blanking machines covering four different product families consisting of 10 different cup sies.

Directly manage 4 Supervisors, 12 Group Leads and 150 team members in two different departments.

Coordinate the final installation of new product lines constating of 37 cup forming machines.

Providing Leadership for the Blanking Automation Robot project.
