• Ensures the sale of each each home sells for a price high above comparables. Designed and project managed a complete renovation for a 4600 sq ft/6 bed/five bath home, hiring, managing, cooresponding and scheduling appointments for demolition, a complete kitchen remodel, adding a basement kitchen and laundry room, concrete cutting, connecting plumbing to mainline, framing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sheetrocking, texturing, painting, tiling and finish work. Then added the rugs, furniture, bedding, art and all design pieces down to the tiniest of details.
