Professional Experience

• Led a high-performing team tasked with developing and executing national climate mitigation roadmap in the spirit of the United Nation Framework Convention on Climate Change

(UNFCCC) of 1992, the Kyoto Protocol of 1998, and the Paris Agreement of 2015.

• Oversaw and supported the development and execution of environmental strategies towards climate change mitigation through international agreements such as the Cancum Agreement, the Doha Amendment, the Durban Platform, the Bali Action Plan, and the Copenhagen Accord.
