RCB BANK – CLAREMORE, OKLAHOMA 2005-Present

Executive Vice President, Facilities Executive

Responsible for 61 properties located in Oklahoma and Kansas, car fleet, property and casualty insurance, all teller equipment, drive-in equipment, security equipment, security cameras, physical security, ATM/ITM purchase and all associated vendors.

Negotiated all leases of the excess space in bank buildings and in retail facilities for bank branches.

Bought property for new branch locations and got regulatory approvals for such purchases.

Bought and sold property when officers moved from one market to another.

Sold property when closing a branch or other property acquired in an acquisition and handled regulatory approval.

Design new branch buildings and managed the construction of the new buildings.

Managed the project to integrate an FDIC acquisition of a failed bank with 15 branches and $650 million in assets located in Kansas, Oklahoma and Arizona. This project also included de-converting deposits of the four branches in Arizona that were sold to another institution as well as de-converting all the loans in Arizona to an additional institution in Arizona.

Managed the project to integrate 7 branches in Oklahoma from Spirit Bank to RCB Bank and a whole bank acquisition of Corner Bank with 9 locations in Kansas with total assets of both projects totaling $700 million.

Moved the bank to MPLS network with AT&T for all branches reducing the monthly costs by more than $25k.

Implemented a disaster recovery site at one of our branches in Oklahoma City that covers the network and all associated servers as well as an iSeries that mirrors the one in the main datacenter.

Responsible for creating a call center, a quality assurance department and a fraud department.

Implemented software to help manage the network performance and track the quality of service.

Managed the project to convert from Jack Henry 20/20 to Jack Henry Silverlake core system.

Managed Remittance Services in two operation centers in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of four cost centers and 150 employees working 24 hours per day 5 days per week and limited staff on weekend. Total combine volumes of 3.3 million items per month and deposits of $1.1 billion per month.

Restructured management for both Remittance Operations due to extensive growth while instituting measures to increased productivity and improve quality.

Responsible for implementing branch network after bank acquisitions. Arranged all communications lines for data processing through T-1 line with Southwestern Bell. Implemented centralized attendant and phone system acquisition. Responsible for reorganizing branches for efficiency in workflow at each individual branch and between branches and main office.

Negotiated all maintenance contracts, cleaning services, lawn services, driveway maintenance for the drive-ins and managed all supply vendors.
