•Collects and verifies information from people while they wait in their cars

•Runs test sample (securely sealed) from the

patient's car to the testing station

Position Summary:

The RUNNER is the first interaction with the customer.

When a customer arrives, the Runner's duties may

include:

• Meeting patient at their vehicle immediately upon arrive,

confirming full name and information

• Collecting additional patient or insurance information in a

professional manner

• Quickly bringing information into Admin and Billing team

• Retrieving the (protected/covered) completed swab or

test and quickly running it to the Lab department for

processing

• Additional, similar duties as assigned

The RUNNER will be provided all PPE (gloves, face mask

and/or shield, smock)
