Duties & Responsibilities for Administrator:
Receiving VAFs and updating Data of the applicants from receiving Visa request to issuance of visas /Cancellation of Visas until the residency stamping in ERP and Excel.
Maintaining Files and data in Excel and ERP of all the employees for the company i.e. Civil IDs, work permit and work and Visit Visas.
Following up the Homan resources department for the application and cancellation of visas.
Acquiring documents from projects for processing work permits, Residency and Civil ids
Ensure appointment from MOI & CID and arrange all the newly arrived employees for finger and medical and coordinate with the project accordingly
Issuance of work permit from MOSAL for all the newly arrived employees.
Apply for Government Insurance for all the New & Old employees to MOI
Apply for Residency Stamping for all the new arrived employees to MOSAL.
Applying & Issuing Civil ID cards for all the new and Old Employees from PACI.
Following up with all the company’s Project for the renewal and new arrival Civil ID.
Rotation of Imprest Fund for obtaining ready Civil Ids worth KD 3.000.
Reporting to authorized supervisor on weekly basis on production acquired and cases resolved and pending for New arrivals & Civil Ids etc..
Filtering critical cases from the data and notifying to concerned projects and superiors in advance to avoid penalties.
Duties & Responsibilities for Document Controller: Controlling all the Project documents as per the company procedure.
Routine work related Submitting, Logging, and Distributing, Filing of Documents / Drawings (Superseded Documents/Drawings), Specifications, Standards, Calculations, Procedures, Incoming & Outgoing Correspondences
Completely responsible for Document Controlling and subcontractor Transmittals.
Preparation of the Transmittals to Client and Vendor.
Receiving all construction related drawings, documents, design change and Work site modifications and planning the work accordingly. Page 3 of 4

Ensure that all incoming & outgoing documents are distributed to personal concerned.
Maintain filing of the drawings / documents as per the company standards of quality in accordance with company quality requirement of the procedure.
Subcontractor scope of related all drawings /documents issuing and controlling as per the company procedure.
Project deliverable drawings and documents are submitting to client with transmittal.
Maintaining TDR for the project deliverable documents and drawings.
Timely distribution of all the drawings and documents to concern department and site as instructed by Project Manager & as per Project document distribution matrix.
Compliance with Safety rules and standards.
Timely scheduled works as per the project requirements.
Attending weekly and monthly safety meeting and wearing PPE for the Works
