I am a high school graduate from Charlestown High School and graduated in May, 1969. September 1966 to May 1967

I worked at Charlestown Naval shipyard as an office clerk. It was a part time job after school and weekends. I would file papers and make copies as requested. I drew grafts of where different ships were docked. I did errands to deliver and pick up papers from other offices. I also corrected spelling and did some typing and shorthand. Also made sure the supplies were kept filled in the office desks. June 1967 through July 1969

I worked for Pacific Bell as a local / long distance operator. I worked on a switchboard assisting customers with making their calls and would disconnect as they ended. I worked there after school and weekends. Worked in sales as an independent sales representative form September 1969 to November 2021 I went door to door in areas close to my house and sold products to customers from Avon brochures. I sold everything from cosmetics to household goods, clothing and seasonal items, that Avon would carry.. I earned commission on the sales I made every two weeks. I would recommend products of makeup etc. fragrances and such based on what the customers preferred. Classes were offered and many training programs over the years were offered to help enhance sales through their programs.

I also became an Avon recruiter and earned commission on sales of the people I recruited into Avon. I would earn based on how I trained them and worked to develop them as sales people and recruiters as well. I earned may trips and incentive items for my business and pleasure as rewards for the work progress. All of my earnings were commission on my personal sales as were the earnings from recruiting based on what they sold as well.

I worked for Target from October 30, 2015 to August 2016 I was a cashier for the front end of the store in Vacaville Ca. I then worked for Wal-Mart from September 2016 to September 2018 as a cashier, and customer service representative. I would cashier and also work customer service desk where I would sell items, do returns, exchange items issue credit. I would cash checks, do money transfers for people both sending and receiving money sent to them.

I put in a transfer to Alabama also to customer service and the money center and did all that I did in Vacaville. I stayed there until March of 2021.

I relocated back to California for a period of time and was hired at Amazon where I started work on September 3, 2021. I worked as an auditor/receiver to work on a mobile station and with computer where I would receive and audit products that came into the warehouse. I was trained on a forklift and would move pallets onto and off of trailers that came to the dock. I also moved pallets to the different zones where the items would be prepared to stow. I counted stowed items in the stowing areas as well for inventory purposes as well I was cross trained as a problem solver and would trouble shot items that could not be processed and fix the problem also on a mobile computer.

I then transferred back to Alabama and went to work for Amazon in Bessemer where I was trained to stow items for products that would be transferred to the packing department. I then cross trained there in the problem solve area which was similar to but had a different process than the problem solve from Vacaville.

I cross trained to the packing department where we prepare orders in the correct packaging to ship to customers. I apply correct labels and stuff for safe shipping.
