Material Manager
Governed all supply chain operations (Inventory Control, Material Planning, Quality Control, Receiving Group, Purchasing) for a manufacturing plant in Puerto Rico, overseeing a Foreign Trade Zone process to facilitate the movement of 4,600 van loads transporting $30M worth of inventory. Directed 5 team members through the purchasing of $150M in raw materials, guiding and monitoring the responsibilities of one internal and two external warehouses with 25+ employees.
Lead the project focused on transferring Tropicana Concentrate Operations from Florida to Puerto Rico with purpose of saving 5MM by reducing duty costs and utilizing Bulk Logistics.
Managed the Construction of the Freezer Bulk Terminal facility project with a capacity of 2MM Gallons as well as implemented the logistics to manage Orange Juice Vessels. This initiative generated 400k in cost reductions
