Assist in the implementation of various health programs of the Local Government Unit in accordance with the program goals and objectives of the Department of Health and the Health sector.
a.Expanded Program on Immunization-with emphasis on measles, polio and tetanus immunization. This may include, but not limited to finding missed children, defaulters, trans-in and assisting in the immunization of all eligible population.

Job Summary
Works 12 hours a day in General nursing under the Compressed Work Week scheme of the Hospital.
Receives reports/endorsements on patients in the unit. Makes recording of assessment on patients. Ensure proper recording of patient’s data pertaining to patient’s status and developments and makes nurse’s notes which are accurate, pertinent, clear and legible.

It started in 1950 as St. Jude Clinic and Maternity with a 12 bed capacity meant to cater to medical and maternity cases. Faced with the growing community health needs and the rapid advances in medical science, the founders, built a two storey concrete hospital edifice with 50 bed capacity.

Job summary
Receives patients from outgoing staff nurse and handing them off to incoming staff nurse.
Consult and coordinate with health care team members to assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
Record patients’ medical information, Intake and Output and vital signs.
Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Prepares patient for surgery.
Accompanies attending physician during rounds, assist physicians when examining the patients.
Enters, transcribes doctors legal orders.
