1 Supplier of OEMs like Ford Motors, Tata Motors, MG Motors, Honda Motors, Maruti- Suzuki Motors, Mahindra Automobiles, Force Motors, and Toyota Motors etc.

Our Company designs and manufactures interior automotive body soft trim components

(NVH Concept Parts), Package Trays & Thermoforming and Thermosetting process parts like Front floor carpet and our company running with ERP System (i.e. SAP R/3 system).

Our company is certified with IATF 16949:2009, ISO 14001:2015 (EMS) and OHSMS 45001:2018.

In Sanand, Gujarat plant, we manufacture automotive car body trim parts and supply to Tata Motors India PVT LTD for, Kite-5, Kite-4 and EV Projects, also YSD, YRC, YTA projects for Suzuki Motors Gujarat. Even Tier 2 supplier of MG Motors, Halol.

Moulding operations of Thermoforming Press, Thermosetting Press, Roof liner process, Waterjet, PU Line & Various Assembly lines.

Taking trials for new Product Development and making reports

Worked in continues improvement project like Kaizen, Reduction of COPQ, OEE, 5S, Lean Process, Six-sigma,reduction in manufacturing defects with new ideas.

Monitoring daily production, OEE, JPH, Rejection
