Senior Property Analyst; Lockheed Martin (PEO SOFSA Blue Grass Station), Oct 2020 – Nov 2021 Serves as the Subject Matter Expert, Senior Property Analyst and advisor responsible for the planning and coordination with multiple programs and departments for 100% inventory of the Installation’s Government Furnished Property, consisting of over 48,000 tagged trackable assets. Provided leadership, guidance and expertise in the monitoring, direction and administration of all tagged and trackable assets for the entire life cycle. Responsible for the oversight of the receipt, identification, tagging, issue, hand receipt implementation, inventory, reporting of lose, damage or destruction of government property, requests for modification, and Capital rehabilitation of government property. Oversee inspection and investigation of government property in order to prevent fraud, waste and abuse, and to promote the economic efficiency and effectiveness of Defense programs and operations. Provide plans, research, analysis, briefings, and reports with comprehensive reference to the FAR Federal Acquisition Regulations 52.245-1 and Department of Defense policies. Required to meet, confer with and brief program officials, including senior-level civilians.

Senior Logistics Analyst; McDermott International Engineering, May 2019 – May 2020 Served as the lead logistics specialist responsible for the worldwide coordination and movement of strategic assets from fabrication facilities to work site locations, to include the Americas, Middle East, the Caspian Sea and the Pacific Rim. Conducted special procurement projects. When necessary, developed operational workarounds and implemented support initiatives for requirements not supported by the existing organizational procedures. Established, enhanced and sustained comprehensive client owned property control procedures, hand receipts; drafted and implemented local property policies in order to keep accurate accountability of the government’s property throughout the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) IV operations in Afghanistan. IAW FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) 52.245-1 Consistently provided advice organizational leadership on all matters Property related .Coached and educated Property teams and Contractor’s work force on application for proper stewardship Lead the team in identifying, distributing and balancing workload and tasks among employees in accordance with established workflow, skill level and/or occupational specialization. IAW (FAR) Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.245-1 Created and preserved property records: source documents, hand receipts, relief of accountability records and local property policies and procedures in order keep accurate accountability of the government’s property (GFP Government Furnished Property or CAP Contractor Acquired Property from Acquisition to Disposition throughout the LOGCAP IV Afghanistan Southern region. Lead the material and property coordination in support of LOGCAP IV. Established and augmented property rules and procedures for material operations in conjunction with property control policies and procedures. Created and implemented a comprehensive supply mechanism to support Fluor’s mission in Afghanistan. Lead the team in assessing its strengths and weaknesses and provided leadership to the team in exploring alternatives and determining what improvements could be made be made to better support our clients. Planned and directed the turnover of government property once controlled by Fluor to participating clients and contractors.
