Chemical Engineering Executive Director

My name is Julia Brasil Oliveira Vieira, I am ** years old. I completed 3 years of Chemical

Engineering, and received my Bachelors. Additionaly I have 4 years of experience working in the

chemical engineering area at TEXSA Brasileira (the first factory of asphalt blankets and additives

for civil construction in Brazil) as a Laboratory Assistant and intern. Currently, I have been

participating in a cultural exchange as an Aupair in California for more than 1 year, with the main

objective of improving fluency in the English language.

It excites me to see this open position. Working with chemistry in the proper industry is

something that I have always been passionate about, and I have enjoyed at my previous

experiences at TEXSA. My role was to control the quality of our raw materials (the entire

packaging sector and raw materials for the manufacture of our products), quality control of our

final products, development of technical quality reports, quality control in the production line,

development Production Operational Procedures for training and qualification of our

employees, implementation of rewards so that SOPs were met with excellence, implemented

and enforced standing operating procedures (SOPs) or Internal Procedures (IPs), cGMPs, and

other established procedures as needed, analysis and development of new formulations,

analysis and development of new techniques for use for new and old products, implementation

of the new Manual Factory Quality and study of quality and production indicators.

I believe that my diverse background, previous work experiences, 2 innovative business

development activities, a Letter of Professional Recommendation written by the Executive Director of

TEXSA Brasileira, and letter of 512 hours of volunteer work at a school for special children. have given

me the foundation I need to be an excellent employee. Being the author of two innovative

projects in the area of recycled polymers, SBS, asphalt blankets and asphalt polymer additives

was a hallmark of my work thus far. I look forward to continuing in this field because the work

with innovation, research, initiative, and adaptability interest me greatly. I also consider

kindness, communication, flexibility, agility, willpower and determination strength of my

personality.
