Responsible for assisting 52 schools within Brooklyn North in the planning for and assignment of educational staff including projected vacancies and transfer actions, leaves of absences and all returns.

Ensure all new hires are state licensed and state certified by time of hire

Provide guidance and resources to principals, school administrators and school-based personnel by frequent school visits to provide one-on-one support as necessary

Assists and train Principals, AP’s in utilizing HR and Budgeting systems

Provide critical information to all schools made as available from School Support Services including central policy and process updates and changes

Bi-monthly meetings with Superintendent’s to discuss the additional areas of support that may needed by school principals.
