DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY REINVESTMENT–UNITED PLANNING ORGANIZATION 2013-2014-Managed housing counseling, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance and financial literacy programs, provided testimony to the Council of the District of Columbia on various legislative initiatives. Monitored pertinent legislative and regulatory developments and briefed CEO and Board of Directors on impact on UPO constituency and programs. Expanded program funding for housing counseling and foreclosure prevention activities.

DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT-LAWYERS COMMITTEE FOR CIVIL RIGHTS UNDER LAW 2008-2010 : Represented a national organization in the negotiation of a Community Benefits Agreement to guide the hiring of local residents in construction projects; Served as co-counsel in provision of legal assistance to organize a New Orleans land trust to provide community controlled housing in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. Facilitated a quiet title initiative to assist homeowners in obtaining clean title after Katrina.
