PROJECTS HANDLED:

1. Project Name: BIO POLYMER COMPOSITES REINFORCED WITH NATURAL FIBRE. Activity/Description:

•For reduce the usage of plastics we have make a bio polymer composites which has reinforced with natural fibre.

•The best concepts is to heat the PLA above the glass transition temp, of about 60 0 c but below the melting point of 170 0 c for some time, then to cool.

•Make a frame is to 1 5cmxsquare shape,then we want to heat the PLA at 170 0 % at the bottom portion of the frame place the alu foil sheet.

•Then melted PLA get poured in the frame,by using roller spread the PLA in all side.

•Loofah fibre get rolled in roller machine,fix the loofah in frame as second layer, again pour PLA in frame as third layer.

•Cool the frame by air cooled method for 4 hours, material take out from frame.

•Test the material for to find its hardness, flexural,impact and strength. ACADEMIC UALIFICATIONS:
