CARRIER SUMMARY

Reduced the rejection from13% to 1.5% of Casting Product by applying 8D analysis and applying same solution which arrived from analysis to all type of products and we achieved good improvements.

Motor cover damage rate was reduced by introducing design improvement where the supportive ribs added to strengthen.

Introduced the design improvement in motor shaft to avoid rotor tightening and bearing noise issue.

By improving the varnishing process of motor’s stators, eliminated the outer core painting process.

Aluminum die-casting (cam cover) product quality improved by introducing some fixture modification principle based on Poke-Yoke method.

Leak testing fixture developed by our own in house materials.

Machining dimension achieved by introducing of boring bar instead of burnishing tool which increased the output with specified quality.

Preparing the quality related documents (Check list, check sheet, control plan)

Responsible for Pre Dispatch Inspection (PDI) and produce documents and same will share with customers.

Interact with the supplier and customers regarding the quality related improvements, complaints and give the suitable solution and get the feedback from them.

Supplier quality performance ratings monitor and give them to technical inputs to improve the ratings.

And given to technical inputs to supplier for improve the quality ratings through process improvement (fixture and poka-yoke system introduce) and inspection methods.
