Throughout my history of employment I have always been one of the people that has found success and made positive moves up in the positions, or should I say, leadership roles. I am a fast learner and try to lead by example no matter what. I try to go by the saying, if you see it, fix it. Don't just walk by to go talk about it. Bring it up in the next meeting or safety training as a lesson learned and maybe more peoe will follow.
