• Fixture Made for Tool Cutter M/C to reduce regrinding time by 5minute for regrinding the Ø25 to Ø 50 Drills. (we made one kaizen in tool &cutter m/c Ø25 to Ø 50 drill regrinding take more time but i made one fixture only 5min regrinding one drill)

• Adaptor holding stand made for CNC Section to Mount the tools in the Adaptors.

• Done Safety guard with sheet metal material & it helps to eliminate the burr spillage and 5S improvement.
