Assist the Resident Manager (“RM”) in maintaining a luxury 48 unit [25-story] rental building.
Performed all RM responsibilities when the RM is away or on vacation, including the supervision of a building staff consisting of 11 SEIU Local 32BJ members.
Assist the RM with the troubleshooting and performance of building repairs and maintenance (HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, plastering, painting, etc.)
