• Preparation of submittals and follow up with suppliers complying specifications and taking approval from consultant.

• Checking and giving reply to RFI and NCR and taking approval coordinating with MEP services to subcontractors.

• Taking off quantity of materials as per tender and shop drawing.

• Preparing purchase requisition and forwarding to procurement department and Follow- up with supplier to material delivery on site as per work schedule.

• Raising and attending material receiving and installation inspection with quality controller and consultant engineers for approvals.

• Installation, Testing and commissioning of plumbing services following international plumbing standards and fire protection system (fire pumps, sprinklers systems, Extinguishing system, FM-200 system, Aerosol systems & fire hydrant systems) According to NFPA standards and local authority jurisdiction req.

• Preparation of site work schedule by coordinating with other MEP services.
