Duties and Responsibilities:
To ensure that all the operations taking place at banquets go smooth without any hassles.
To plan the operation as per the details mentioned on the banquet event order.
To try to surpass the budget given and to grab even a single opportunity to upsell.
To meet the hosts upon their arrival and coordinate closely to deliver a memorable experience and a smooth event.
To ensure that all the standards set by the company are adhered to and followed by everyone.
