Duties and responsibilities

Sales and marketing Sacco products and services.

Cash and cash equivalent management; collecting and paying cash, preparing and collecting checks, managing cash outlet channels including ATM machines, Point of Sale, Mobile money, managing treasury reserve,

Keys and security; handling access keys in compliance with dual control requirement, ensuring Branch sefety through monitoring alarm systems, CCTV, panic systems, smoke and heat sensors.

Daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation; ensuring that till and treasury, ATM machines cash, all E-cash floats and ATM cards for internal audit control

Managing the product portfolio of each line of products and control the cost and profitability of the Sacco.

Duties and responsibilities

Credit Lending

1.Process loan applications in line with the laid down credit policy; customer appraisal, document collection, data captured in the system and disbursement.

2.Credit analysis; proper loan documentation, analyze loan merit, risk credit analysis based on market trends and loan demand, analyze security margins and analyze client borrowing behavior.

3.Loan recommendation; recommend meriting loans for approval, review other recommendations and observe approval limits

4.Preparation of credit files for credit committee meetings

5.Communicate loan verdict to members and offer alternative in cases of decline
