I am a quick-learning and hard-working individual. I have work experience in various aspects of the Surveying, Civil Engineering and Project Management field. I hold close ambitious qualities and have the drive to be successful in any endeavour I pursue.
Owing to my experience in the working environment, in construction, surveying, infrastructure development and other industries, I fully acknowledge that teamwork is essential, and I have over the years recognised my capabilities, in terms of my personal strengths and weaknesses. I am an honest and loyal individual who is not intimidated by challenges, but rather motivated by them. I am a team-player who also possesses the ability to work independently and diligently, aiming to produce excellent results, regardless of the complexity of the task. In my work experience, I had the opportunity to conduct surveys independently. I have managed project tasks effectively; saving time and expenses of projects, working with my team, clients, and other professionals.
I have worked in various locations all over South Africa, travelling to many provinces working in skyscrapers, national roads, hospitals, residential homes, construction sites, on mines and kilometres underground to name a few. I have worked abroad, in Africa, travelling to Zambia to work on a survey project for a huge mining company, Kansanshi Mining, in Solwezi. I have familiarised myself with various surveying equipment, by working with multiple Total Stations, Laser Scanners, Levels and GPS devices. I have undertaken several surveying tasks, both on the field and in the office.
Exposure to the practical field has equipped me with the knowledge and experience to challenge any task proposed to me, fulfilling it to the best of my ability. I thank you for taking the time to acknowledge my résumé; I look forward to a positive response. Sincerely.
