Recruitment & Induction
Maintain Manpower request form for all the Admin group.
Make interview call for selected candidate.
Prepare detailed Orientation Programme along with the HOD of the department.
On the day of candidate joining, provide ID card and note book to them and coordinate the orientation schedule.
Ensure they complete the Orientation Programme and it is documented well in the Training record
Arrange the aurowel blood test and refraction test for new joiners
Arrange and circulate new joiners photo through mail and notice board
