I offer over 2 decades of current leadership experience in Talent Acquisition and a prior decade of experience in Hospitality Management. I am a dual citizen (USA-France). I have also been a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson since 2020. I was VP for Talent Acquisition for five years at one of the largest Federal Qualified Health Care Companies (FQHC) in the tri state hiring independently between 100- 200 FTE'S annually including Physicians and C Level Executives. The Institute for Family Health created this position for me. I was the sole recruiter for this 1400+ employee, 30 + practice site “not for profit" affiliated with Mt. Sinai Hospital. I commuted weekly between my offices in NYC and New Paltz, NY.

I was CMO for Guidance Corporation, an Award Winning Temporary and Permanent Staffing Firm based on Wall Street with over a dozen offices in The US and London of which I co-designed and opened all sites. We had the rare distinction of being named "A Success Story" by CNN on Christmas 2000 and was the first Temp Agency to receive Joint Commission Accreditation in NY State. Our Specialty Industries included Healthcare, Hospitality, Finance, Fashion, Government, IT, and Arts & Entertainment.

City Hall approved my closing and tenting of Wall Street for a benefit to bring business back downtown post 9/11.

I am an avid Antiques collector, gardener, musician and trained chef who grew up in the Hotel Industry in Liberty, NY in the Catskills. One of my passions is overseeing and co-chairing fundraisers. I have served on Boards for Ellenville Regional Hospital, HealthCorps, and The Young People’s Chorus of NYC at Jazz at Lincoln Center. The "YPC” was named one year “Humanitarians of the Year” at the White House.

I can cover a large territory such as Northern New York, New York Metro, Long Island, and The Hudson Valley, or work in a Remote or Hybrid capacity.
