-Maintaining records of homework, grades and other assignments and tracking the boys’ progress. Tutoring/teaching a variety of subjects or points of struggle for the boys. Weekly collaboration with psychologists: involves communicating updates, goals, accomplishments etc. Making high quality meals each day (sometimes up to 12 people but typically 4-6). Responsible for the learning, social and emotional progression of 2 boys ages 10 and 12. Maintaining groceries and shopping for additional items, and running errands. Taught Elementary in 3 Different Countries
Volunteer teaching of STEAM in 3 different countries for about 3 months: 1 month in Honduras for Students Helping Honduras: teaching of STEAM and English in a Bilingual School in the suburbs of San Pedro Sula. 2 weeks in York, England in a Montessori Kindergarten. 2 weeks in Reggio Emilia, Italy fat a Reggio Emilia Elementary School. In England and Italy included the facilitation of the theory of "Children at Play," which involves studying and improving students' play work habits and social abilities.

Part-time Substitute Teacher in the Council School District. This job has really shown me the field view of the career path I chose and allowed me to experience what teaching and instructing a classroom full of kids is really like. Teaching of multiple classes varying in age between 6 and 18 –it was really quite a rewarding experience. Teaching a variety of topics and lessons daily ranging from math, reading, social studies to science.
Residential Assistant (RA), Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg, PA 9/2016 to 5/2019.
Assisting 40 freshmen students through their big leap from high school to college. Physically and emotionally present for residents when needed. Scheduling of activities and building-wide parties while managing a strict budget. Responsible for the safety of the building’s residents and continuous supervision, and occasional monitoring of the halls. I developed excellent conflict management and time management skills, managed a budget, and planned events.

Planning of one-on-one lesson plans in specified math subjects. Development of different approaches to teaching towards different types of students. Tutoring of developmental math in one-on-one sessions with kids who were struggling in math. Organization of certain activities to bring subjects to real life experiences and make them more graspable. Communication with parents to organize tutoring schedules. Creation of quizzes for tutored kids, not for the purposes of assigning grades, but simply for them to see their progress.
