• Successfully managed the End Devices Upgrade Scope from ‘cradle to grave’ i.e., Conceptualization, Engineering, Procurement, Construction/Installation and Commissioning of 62 nos. MOV actuators and 17 nos. switches (level, pressure, vibration elements) across 14 tanks, pumps, and metering skid locations at ExxonMobil QIT tank farm.
• Proactively developed a draft seriatim of tanks for early commissioning by QPDUP, given status of end devices and possible utilization of spares (where available) as a stopgap pending procurement and installation of replacements for defective end devices.
• Successfully coordinated several Risk Assessment (RA) and Construction Risk Assessment (CRA) exercises which identified, reviewed, and managed risks associated with each of the major activities to be carried out during temporary shut down and relocation of existing load centers and power transformers at six locations within ExxonMobil’s Qua-Iboe Terminal.
• Participated in Mechanical Completion activities for substations and load center buildings.

Single Point Mooring and Alapata Facility Development Project (ASPM)
• Successfully coordinated multiple work fronts for onshore welding, offshore spool pull-back and HDD reaming of pipelines.
• Successfully served as project’s overall clerk-of-work; coordinating and collating reports from various units and making same available to the Project Manager. This facilitated timely decision making and improved overall project schedule.
• Successfully carried out field engineer and site supervisor duties for onshore welding and stringing of 4", 6", 10" and 16" pipes on temporary supports (above ground) with zero LTI and re-work.
• Participated and provided inputs in site assessment for Alapata metering and pigging facility.
• Provided engineering support in the successful bundling of 16”, 6” and 4” pipes and pull-back (offshore- to-onshore) using horizontal directional drilling (HDD) technology from Millennium Jetty via LOJ to Alapata receipt facility (25m below the seabed, 750m dist. approx.)
• Successfully coordinated radiographic (NDT/X-ray), hydrostatic and holiday detection tests for pipelines that ensured zero defect prior to final deployment.
• Successfully coordinated concrete integrity tests (cube tests) for civil works.
• Participated in Alapata Facility construction and development: Electrical, Civil, Mechanical and Piping works for Operations & Utility buildings, Metering and Pigging stations
• Successfully coordinated pipe routing along urban vicinities using both open-cut and thrust boring operations for 16” MP and 10" LPG pipelines from Alapata receipt facility to OMP 1, OMP 2 and JV Terminals (2km approx.).
