Single and Multi-Family Projects, Orange/San Diego/Riverside County, CA

Manage the development of a residential community consisting of 72 single family, semi-custom homes using panelized framing systems. Partner with the Project Manager to deliver quality homes on time and on budget. Responsible for site maintenance, SWPPS, City inspections, scheduling and managing subcontractors, submitting RFI’s, adhering to plans, specifications and contract work, and minimizing change orders. Emphasis on exceeding customer expectations and consistently delivering a quality product.

Rockwood Construction – August, 2019 to May, 2021, Construction Superintendent

Apartment Building Construction/General Contractor to Lyon Living, Orange County, CA

Responsible for managing construction of a complex property, starting with the first phase Site Development which involves slope and slide stabilization utilizing 165 Deep Soil Mixed Columns, Shoring, and installation of 150 Building Support Columns; all in preparation for the Vertical Construction of a 30-unit Apartment Building.

Pinnacle Residential – March, 2018 to June, 2019, Site Manager

Multi-Family Residential Construction/Developer, Orange County, CA

Responsible for Site Development, Wet and Dry Utilities, Vertical Construction, and Customer Service. This project consisted of 17, two and three-story attached townhomes.

The Olson Company –September, 2016 to March, 2018, Assistant Superintendent Construction

Multi-Family Residential Construction/Developer, Orange County, CA

Assist the Superintendent in the construction of 37, three-story attached townhomes. In 2017 voted, Superintendent of the Year.

Pardee Homes – March, 2016 – August, 2016, Assistant Superintendent Construction

Single Family Residential Construction/Developer, Del Mar, CA

Production of multiple phased buildout with the simultaneous construction of an average of 40 homes. Responsible for safety, meeting schedule and production goals with a dominant focus on delivering quality products and achieving high customer satisfaction goals.

Community Dynamics – November 2014 – February 2016, Customer Service Manager

Mixed Use Townhouse, Condominium, and Single Family Residential Development Project, Carson, CA

Reporting to the Vice President of Development, review and hire property management to manage three HOAs, manage the transition from developer/owner to property management, develop,

homeowner’s manuals and project closeout documentation. Critical role in the design, development, and implementation of the customer service program including the walkthrough/final punchout protocol, delivery of customer service, final punchout and delivery of quality homes, and post-sales warranty service program. With the support of management, subcontractors, sales, and construction our team has been able to deliver a quality product and excellent customer service.

While working full-time for the Colorado Department of Transportation as a Real Estate Specialist, I worked part-time purchasing and remodeling seven homes, bringing residences up to current code, upgrading MEP systems, and delivering quality while still enjoying good profitability.

Residential/Retail Mixed Use Project - $4 Billion Project, Maryland

I successfully developed and implemented the 24x7 warranty and customer service program for residential owners of condominiums in several high rise buildings (312 units in the first building) at National Harbor, a development owned and built by The Peterson Companies.

New Dimensions Inc. (NDI) – September 2005-October 2007, Construction Superintendent

In my first year with NDI as a new superintendent, I successfully completed and delivered more homes (12) than any other superintendent (average production per Superintendent was 9 homes/year).

Brookfield Homes – July 2004-September 2005, Assistant Construction Superintendent

Dunbarton, a 55 + Older Residential Community, production building, Bristow, Virginia

I simultaneously managed the building of as many as twenty-five houses at various stages of construction and delivered all on time and on budget with a high level of quality and excellent customer service ratings.

Fairfax County Water Treatment Plant – Lorton, VA $110 Million

The key to the success of this project was maintaining a good relationship with the customer and engineer to be able to deliver the project as specified in accordance with the customer’s requirements.
