Manage the development of a residential community consisting of 72 single family, semi-custom homes using panelized framing systems. Partner with the Project Manager to deliver quality homes on time and on budget. Responsible for site maintenance, SWPPS, City inspections, scheduling and managing subcontractors, submitting RFI’s, adhering to plans, specifications and contract work, and minimizing change orders. Emphasis on exceeding customer expectations and consistently delivering a quality product.
Rockwood Construction – August, 2019 to May, 2021, Construction Superintendent
Apartment Building Construction/General Contractor to Lyon Living, Orange County, CA
Responsible for managing construction of a complex property, starting with the first phase Site Development which involves slope and slide stabilization utilizing 165 Deep Soil Mixed Columns, Shoring, and installation of 150 Building Support Columns; all in preparation for the Vertical Construction of a 30-unit Apartment Building.

Responsible for Site Development, Wet and Dry Utilities, Vertical Construction, and Customer Service. This project consisted of 17, two and three-story attached townhomes.
