Provide leadership and strategic direction for a Federally Qualified Health Center offering an integrated healthcare delivery system. Provided executive support to the Board of Directors and ensured compliance with the many federal and state regulations and laws pertaining to high-quality healthcare delivery. Created a dynamic environment with aggressive expansion of the corporation’s footprint in the community including the acquisition of thriving medical practices, and expansion of dental and behavioral health programming.
Highlights of Results:
●Expanded Corporation from 7 medical and dental providers to 28 medical, dental, and behavioral health providers, including OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Urology, Midwifery, and Psychiatry.
●Manage operations across multiple counties generating 5,000 encounters per month
