Ensure effective administration at the site to maintain site working environment so that employees can perform at optimum level without any disruption and give results in order to complete project at time.

Ensure a healthy working environment through good housekeeping and other measure in line with the company’s HSE policy.

Liaison with client’ security focal point regarding security matters at site.

Time Office & Payroll:

Look after time office related matters to ensure that attendance of employees working at project site is properly recorded and booked to allocated cost center(s) for generating monthly payroll.

Updating tracking workers attendance and overtime (HR Attendance Management) through access control machine/timecard, Checking timecards, documents for deduction / allowances.

Human Resources Related Activities:

Conducting HR activities related to newly hired, assigned and transferred employees at project site, processing necessary documents such as joining reports, resignations, terminations etc.

Liaison with Head Office / Manpower Agencies regarding mobilization /demobilization of workforce as per planned schedule

Mobilization / Demobilization of employees at site as per requirement.

Processing documentation for employee vacation, transfer and resignation & leave salaries / gratuity and preparing their Monthly Payroll Sheets & salaries.

Processing of Joining Formalities of new employees. E.g. joining report, mobilization to work site etc. HSE Training, Co. work procedure training & maintaining employee’s personal files.

Camp Management:

Establish camp management set up, arrange all furniture & fixtures, maintenance, catering, laundry & housekeeping services, Hire accommodation camp for temporary period

Coordinate with Camp Manager to handle Camp Maintenance Issues, Pantry Issues, and Room Allocations, Facilities & Management.

Managing and Controlling MANDAY’S, preparing Absent Report on Daily Basis, work in camp 24 x 7 to maintain all facilities and amenities.

Transportation Management:

Monitoring maintenance and usage of company vehicles and update Log Books.

To manage all travel arrangements for staff working at site as per entitlements and management authorization.

Coordinate with the Vehicle Rental Companies for Rental Agreement, Vehicle Insurance, Contract Renewal, Maintenance and Registration.

Coordinate with Site Transportation Manger to control Vehicle Management & Transportation on site.
