Provided Organizational Leadership and Development, Consulting, Management, P&L Management, and Organizational Capex Budgeting for all locations, including Outpatient facilities, Home, and Acute-Hospital Sites.

Maintained a 97% talent retention level while operating all locations at 24/7 support and emergency services. Implemented monthly calls with biomedical operations management team focused on barriers and challenges and areas for additional support. Directed personal site visits monthly for management and personally quarterly.
