• Completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering at SCAD Polytechnic College, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli with 89% in the year 2018. Experience:

• Working as GAT at TVS - Brakes India Private Limited, Polambakkam, Near Melmaruvattur, Chengalpattu District in the Department of Engineering Research & Development – Testing & Product Development Team from 20.10.2021 to till date. Products Handled:

• Caliper, Drum brakes, Wheel Cylinder

• Development of foundation brakes for both passenger car & heavy commercial vehicles

• Designing and developing test fixtures in line with actual vehicle conditions for testing foundation brakes

• Preparing resource planning, machine utilization on monthly basis

• Reliability testing of brakes and its child parts

• Failure analysis and rectification of the failure for the enhanced product quality

• Handling in-house simulation of the field failures

• Preparing development reports for customer

• Developed a Metal Cutter by using Four Bar Mechanism at Government College of Engineering, Tirunelveli.

• Done a Project on Contact Stress Analysis of Rail Wheel Interface by HERTZ Theory and Finite Element Analysis at Government College of Engineering, Tirunelveli.

• Developed a seeding machine based on Cam & Shaft mechanism at SCAD Polytechnic College, Cheranmahadevi, Tirunelveli.

In-Plant Training:

• Attended an In-Plant Training Session at KTC Bus Depot, Tirunelveli Paper Presentations:

• Participated & Presented a Paper on 3D Printing at Sankar Polytechnic College, Tirunelveli.

• Presented a Paper on Soft Robotic Clove at V.V. Engineering College, Tisayanvilai, Thoothukudi.

• Attended a Quiz on ‘Just a Minute, Lathe Operation’ at FX Engineering College, Tirunelveli.
