Responsible for greeting anyone entering the building. Especially all residents, prospective residents and residents' guest. Deliver information to residents when needed. Conduct a thorough mail room audit for mail inventory. Be efficient in all company and property programs such as Luxerone mail system, Active builder and all Microsoft programs.

Responsible for up keep and organization of front desk area. Conduct day and night surveillance through property surveillance cameras and review daily activity and incident reports with shift changeover. Address and remind residents of all rules and regulations for all amenities with pool, cabana rental, pet rules, lobby usage, freight elevator usage and reservations.
