Manage patient scheduling, answering phone calls, creating and preparing electronic and paper charts. Communicate with private and government insurance companies in order to ensure patients receive timely and proper care. Coordinate with outside providers to allow the patient to be provided the properly prescribed care. Provide information regarding clinic policies and procedures. Ensure the provider has all patient records in accordance with HIPPA.

As a part time delivery driver, I bring commercial businesses the parts that they order. I also run the register and answer phones, along with changing batteries, windshield wipers and run tests on vehicles when their ABS light is on. Also have a machine equipped to test batteries, alternators and starters. I would consider myself as a sales person in this job as well, because you have to know what parts you are going to sell, so the customer and their vehicle is taken care of properly.

Started off in salads, where I would make and prep salads to be served to customers before they were served food. I was then moved to prep, which is where I cut the lettuce and bagged it along with all the sides that come with a salad, also prepped the hamburger meat for the burgers that would be cooked in the kitchen. Then I moved to the hostess, where I seated the customers. Then I moved to a plate runner, where I served their food to them at the desired table. Now I work in Togo’s, where I take calls in orders and bag food and all sides according to orders that I put in the system.

As manager of this payday and title loan company, we also offered western union, check cashing and reloadable master cards. My job entailed making five week schedules, ordering supplies for all the office equipment, which in the end, kept the company fully stocked. My company started with a clientele of eighty payday loans, which grew to 130; title loans which grew to over 40 titles loans, all under my management. On a weekly basis this one center done over three hundred transactions. Making my center, for the time frame I was there, highest increase in revenue, highest increase in payday loans and one hundred percent increase in title loans.

Starting off as a delivery driver at this food company, it was my nightly duty to make sure each customer received their food on time and in a friendly manor.
