From **** through *981 1 worked for Wing construction. We mainly did state and military contracts. We were the first contractor to bid and win the military housing maintenance. We took over where public works always worked before. I was a maintenance worker as well as the relief non working supervisor at the time I was 19 years of age and I am confident that I can still do that job. I also have almost 30 years of experience now.
1982 through 1989
Worked for SDG&E in the electric production division at Encina power plant in Carlsbad. There I was also certified in waste water management.
1990 through 2005
Self employed as a carpenter/maintenance technician. Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep private apartments and commercial property.
2006 through 2018, self employed.
Bid contracts, reading blue prints, and completed all on time. Contracts consisting of all phases of construction from foundations toeing steel, pouring concrete, electrical, framing, drywall complete, texture, stucco, roof repairs, and all finish, cutting stairs.
2019 through February 2021
Covid shut down.
April 2021 through September 2021.
Worked as maintenance technician for
Pro Tec Building Services. Job consisted of all phases of property maintenance.
September 2021 to current
