Precision Castparts, Clackamas, OR—Dimensional Examiner November 2016 - April 2020
I started out as a rework grinder where I worked with the welders and inspectors to remove defects and get the aerospace parts back to blueprint specifications. I was promoted to trainer to pass along my attention to detail and strict following of the technical instructions. I was promoted again to be an examiner where I was responsible for marking the parts for the grinders, checking their work, and verifying that a part met the criteria to go to the customer.

As one of the two trainers in the grinding department, I was tasked with developing the most e cient operating procedure and then teaching that procedure to the grinders for all new parts.
GHG Analysis— Verdis
