Also monitored production assembly lines, to make sure lines were adhering to procedures and in compliance with specifications. Was responsible for component assembly of St. Jude hybrid pacemakers, which involved manually dispensing solder onto the hybrid devices. I then properly placed components onto the hybrid devices, this is followed by running the devices through the BTU reflow oven to bake and cure the solder. Then I placed devices into a Microcell cleaner which cleans the hybrid devices from flex residue. I then inspected every hybrid device for proper component placement, and lastly, I performed a final x-ray quality component check with the Dage X-ray Microscope.

HEI, INC. (Tempe, AZ) August 2003 to May 2013

QC Inspector- Final Inspection Department. My responsibilities included performing final quality inspections, training other staff, utilizing customized customer drawings and requirements. I have experience with IPC-A-600 reference for attributes or anomalies not covered in customer drawing and specifications, I performed additional tasks directly for the Final Inspection department supervisor including but not limited to verifying and archiving, reviewing, scanning and recording completed Travelers Documentation, and shipping of final products to the customers. My responsibilities included solder mask inspection of circuit boards for overall appearance, solder mask coating, contamination, and damage. I am qualified to operate, perform monthly PM, and peer training in all phases of Solder Mask (Pumice, CL-D4 Line, DP-1500, and Laminating Dry film, UV Printer, Developer, Touch-up, Strip Tank and Final Cure). In addition, I was a backup lead supervisor for the Solder Mask Department handling product dispatch, department personnel scheduling, and monitoring of Solder Mask Department area workloads and performance.

MCDONNELL DOUGLAS/BOEING (Mesa, AZ) February 1997 to April 1998

Assembly Technician for A-V8, F-15 and F-18 military attack and fighter aircraft wire harnesses. Assembled wire harnesses to exact specifications from start to finish, adding pins, wire connectors, and fittings to wire harnesses for connection to electrical systems throughout the aircraft. Conducted pre-inspection of my own quality of work, and for FOD (Foreign Object Damage). Assisted electrical technicians with testing and troubleshooting of completed wire harnesses, completed re-work of co-worker harnesses that failed electrical testing, and exact specification inspections.
