I am writing to express my interest in your Pastor position at Bay Area Community Church. My enclosed resume and this cover letter will tell you more about my background and experience in missions and outreaches. As a highly educated, skilled and passionate person, I came across your posting for a new Pastor position in the job advertisement. My background knowledge, practical experience and passion align well with the qualifications you are seeking for this role at your Bay Area community church and I am certain that I would become a valuable addition to your organization.

My background includes ten years of experience as a missionary leading many local and international outreaches. I am proficient in community outreach, missions and mentoring new Christians. Moreover, my on-the-job expertise has provided me with a well rounded skill set, including program management skills and strategic planning for outreaches. Some of my Core achievements include –

-Have a passion, follow the lifestyle of Jesus and has a deep, personal commitment to Jesus.

-Training under UBS Seminary, for over seven years and acquired MDiv and MTh degree in New Testament.

-When serving as a chaplain in CPE course in NY, I got involved in diverse key administrative and proprietary task and all aspects.

-Qualified and skilled including office administrative skills, interactive abilities to connect with various religious groups and implementing new programs according to the church beliefs and budgets.

-Ten years of experience with mission organization which equips me to integrate the strategy across young students, missional communities and adult ministries and many outreach efforts.

-Involved in at least reaching seven people per day to develop relationship with local people around the area.

-Experience of cultivating key strategic areas for ministries and church plants, working with Missional communities and making networks.

-Experience of travelling more than fifteen countries doing local outreach, planning budget, identifying, and making strategies to reach out to people groups of different race and color.

-Good in providing personal assistance to the needy people, new to church and never participated in the congregation, and engaging them in the church.

-Gifted with playing instruments like keyboard, guitar, harmonica, drum sets, congo etc.

-Certainly perform other duties in coordination with pastoral staff, preaching or worship leading as needed as time allows.

-Very punctual in staff meetings, personal and spiritual development and always curious to learn and grow through books, conferences and other training opportunities.

-Believe that Gospel is the answer for brokenness, poverty, addictions, homelessness and depression. My desire is for every person in the region to have the opportunity to encounter the love of Christ.

My pleasing and warm presence will help to make passionate, maturing followers of Jesus from here to the nations. My zeal to serve the Lord will surely enhance developing ministry strategies to engage the body in local outreach and identifying, helping, and cultivating key areas for launching new campuses and planting new churches. My understanding of the church’s doctrinal and excellent leadership skills will help to serve your ministry and fulfill your objectives.
