Work Experience

Customer Service Representative

Urbanex - Nashville, TN

June 2022 to June 2022

Take inbound phone calls to help the customer with either payments or to get a new service call for the customer.

Inbound Call Center Representative

Fox Moving and Storage - Nashville, TN

June 2022 to June 2022

Made warm outbound calls to potential customers to see if they were still interested in services with Fox Moving and Storage. The possible customers search for moving companies and are sent to Fox Moving and Storages' website where they fill in the potential moving date, and from what city they are moving to and from and if we weren't able to get a hold of the customer then we would send a text message and an email message showing insightful information and/or prices, if they booked the moving early enough they could get special deals. If I was able to make contact with potential clients then I would transfer them to available associates that they were able to make commission off of my warm outbound calls. Had to keep a 82% of calls going out to keep my stats up. If the potential client did not want our services because they booked with someone else I could do 1 of 3 things, first I would put into the system that client was no longer interested, 2 send them a text & email,or 3rd -if they still had questions and an associate that needed to make extra commission, they would request to speak to them and see if they could upsell and try to get them to cancel with one company to go with Fox Moving and Storage. Anytime I went into a possible client's account, we would have to explain everything that happened on phone call, and put it into the system.

Bus Driver/ Deep cleaner with housecleaner

ATRIA SENIOR LIVING- WINDLANDS SOUTH - Nashville, TN March 2022 to May 2022

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS - Full Time) - Nashville, TN March 2022 to April 2022

Organized mail for delivery, put into bundles per street, put into more bundles and into trays to assist with delivery methods. Obtained packages also to be set out for delivery, and Organized via street for delivery. Drove out to Carrier route and set up per street deliveries for mail and packages. Upon delivery per house, would safely pull over to get packages out for delivery, would knock on door and deliver package and sometimes mail if resident was home, otherwise would leave mail in mailbox and packages by door unless stated on package(s) where to leave item. Would sometimes require signature for resident to get delivery, if resident was not at home would leave information at door if possible or in mailbox that we missed a delivery, and then when I would return to Post Office resident can then go up to Clerk and receive item, after they signed for package and gave to Clerk so Clerk can give to Resident. Until I return to Post office at end of day, I would go street by street delivering the mail. And do setup of packages street by street - that way I would be able to deliver mail and packages at the same time. Then when arriving at Post Office I have very little to return to office for Residents to pick up. If Resident was going on vacation, would hold mail until certain time until that resident was back and able to receive all mail held for them at the same time. If resident moved, had on list of moves, so at beginning of delivery would be able to know when resident changes address to current address and delivered correct mail/packages.
