I have over 20 years of experience in a call center, from new high training, to help desk, customer service, and biking questions on customers accounts, to assistant supervisor to floor supervisor overlooking a team of 14 and taking on special tasks in the call center. I am always ranked number one or two in the call center for the best talk time, highest sales and over all the best stats. I have worked from home and from the call center.
