Experience:

Halley Olsen Murphy 05/2018-07/2020

Funeral Arranger

My primary responsibilities were to assist families who had experience the traumatic loss of a loved one and provided them with a compassionate and thorough understanding of the process to arrange for a dignified farewell of their beloved family member.

Managed a rigorous case load during the pandemic. Met with family members to go over contract and disclosures to ensure full understanding of policies and procedures. Procure from outside vendors the timely delivery of goods and services. Reviewed insurance policies with family members to determine coverage

and requirements. Processed insurance claims on behalf of the family. Monitored insurance contract payout for accuracy.

I was involved in substantially increasing productivity by upgrading antiquated systems and processes that were laborious and outdated. This resulted in productivity increasing by 75%, revenue by 43%, and customer satisfaction by 1.5 basis point on Yelp, Google and other platforms that gauge consumer sentiment. In doing so, I became the number one funeral arranger for the company nine months into the job and for the duration of my employment.

Created a pilot program with consultation of the company's general

counsel and CEO that helped reduce the time a funeral arranger spent with families during the funeral arrangement process. The program was later implemented throughout the company and has now spread to other funeral homes in California.

I spearheaded an outreach program initiated by the local sheriff's department to inform the underserved community in the Antelope Valley of available state resources that help pay for funeral services under certain circumstances. This created a partnership between both Palmdale and Lancaster Sheriff departments and Halley Olsen Murphy to disseminate valuable information to the community.

Nation Security Services, Inc. 04/2008-03/2015

Director of Operations

At Nation Security, my responsibilities were multifaceted and included the day-to-day operations of the business, new national accounts acquisition, project development and personnel recruitment.

Under my leadership, Nation Security Services, Inc., grew from an eight person crew averaging monthly revenue of $50,000 dollars to around 98 well qualified individuals and monthly revenue of around $400,000 in a period of 9 months. I embarked on a holistic 24 month plan to grow the company to its true potential.

Countrywide Home Loans/Bank of America 03/2005-03/2008

Mortgage Banker

As a Countrywide Home Loans mortgage banker, I provided homeowners with financing options and guided them through the process of home ownership. Analyzed customer's financial information to advice on the best course of action for their lending needs. Maintain a customer retention of over 78% with monthly revenue of 3.5 million in closed loans, which catapulted me to the number 3 in the

company.

With the help of The California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and other non-profit organizations we embarked on a project to disseminate key information to the public at large on how to retain their property during the collapse of the housing market.

Mortgage Tree Lending 01/1998-01/2005

Branch Co-Owner

At Mortgage Tree, I was one of three owners of the company. I was the principal originator with monthly funded loans in excess of 5 million dollars throughout California. As direct lenders, we had a vast array of loan programs that enable us to meet the needs of the ever growing and ever changing underserved communities of California.

Conducted outreach programs in Spanish and English to assist underserved communities with the emphasis of increasing home ownership. Organized monthly credit and financial workshops in collaboration with nonprofits and other state and local organizations to prepare new home buyers on what to do.

Provided for a cohesive and collective business partnership with builders,Real Estate brokers and developers to administer incentives and manage inventory.
