I believe that my training, past work experience, and my dedicated and compassionate toward caring for patients make me a good candidate for employment at your facility. Throughout my CNA and healthcare training, I have maintained high levels of academic achievements.

Through the CNA Training Program, I took nursing assistant training where I learned how to work with patients. I plan to continue to work toward a degree in Nursing. I have experience in working with patients. I have assisted patients with their various daily living needs and activities, homemaking chores, sterilization of medical equipment, and assisted them with post-operative instructions. I have the skills to work with convalesces, and I understand the needs of patients.

I have compassion for the elderly and the ability to communicate well with them. I am willing and able to perform convalescent care duties such as feeding, grooming, and bathing the residents along with helping them with their other basic care needs. I am a self-motivated person, and I pride myself on my ability to motivate others. I have worked in leadership position which has help me to learn to be a good follower. My past work experiences have improved my skills in caring for and working with others.

In the future, I plan continue my education by becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse. After which, I plan to become a Licensed Registered Nurse. I know the role of a care giver which would make me an asset to your company.
