Black Knight Financial Services – Glendale, California
• Designed and developed data conversion processes using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• For the conversion of the Los Angeles title plant system from SOL to TitlePoint, converted master files from CSYS mainframe to flat files. Imported the files into SQL Server using SSIS. This included analysis, design, development and testing.
• For the conversion of Oregon Tri-Plant TIMS data to TitlePoint, imported files from TIMS into SQL Server source tables using SSIS. These tables were the starting point for the conversion. This included working out technical details with the vendor, analysis, design, development and testing.
• Designed, developed and tested approximately 60 title plant integrity reports using SSIS.
• Executed Access database queries to import and append daily and weekly data to Tracker tables. These files contain summary records used for billing purposes by Vendor management team. An important part of Tracker table updates is identifying invalids, duplicates and fix\replacement records. I’ve set up processes to convert spreadsheets given to me by vendor management team into files to delete existing duplicates on production trackers and replacing them with fix\replacement records. Processes for all tracker table updates have been meticulously documented in Word documents.
• Converted all BKFS codes in SiteX 1-66 databases to a new database schema. Was assigned the task of being the “gatekeeper” of all code types to be converted. Thousands of codes required translation. Worked with the Recorder group to make the translations and then populated them into SQL Server tables for the conversion.
• Was responsible for execution of daily and weekly scripts that were used for tracking fabrication of public records data. It was essential that these scripts executed in a timely and accurate manner, and that all issues were addressed and resolved immediately. Part of these processes involved remediation of discrepancies introduced by data entry vendors and updating of Tracker tables used for billing purposes.
• Supported the NPI redaction of title plant data by producing a report for the Legal Department profiling existing NPI data and developing an SSIS package to report NPI data on an ongoing basis. February 12, 2019 to November 20, 2021
