• Bakersfield College, Science and Engineering Building : New $53,000,000 construction of 3- story building consisting of general classrooms, state-of-the-art class labs, robotics lab, and faculty workspaces. Scope includes all hookups and utilities so all rooms can function as either a lab or a classroom.

• County of Tulare, South Detention Facility : New Type-II, $52,600,000, 500-inmate detention facility comprised of one- and two-story tiered buildings including laundry, kitchen, dining, medical, video visitation, and program space.

• Faraday Manufacturing, Faraday Future Retrofit Project : Retrofit and new construction on an existing tire manufacturing plant into a 983,700 SF electric car manufacturing and assembly plant. The complete project will include office space, restrooms, truckers lounge, break room, lunch area, conference room, parts storage, vehicle painting booth, vehicle assembly and testing area, tool storage, maintenance and show room.

• County of Fresno, West Annex Correctional Facility : $82,100,000, Type II, 4 story, 300 bed, concrete structure Detention Facility with a full basement and will connect to the existing jail via underground tunnel.

• CA Dept. of Corrections, Wasco State Prison : New construction, renovations, and reconfigurations in medium custody facility that provides short-term incarceration while inmates are physically and mentally evaluated before permanent placement.

• Henry Mayo Newhall Hospital, New Patient Tower : Design-build delivery of a new 6-story, 116-bed patient tower with dedicated maternity floor, 3 floors of medical surgical rooms, kitchen/serving/dining areas with exterior dining garden, loading dock, central plant, and rooftop helipad.

• Tehachapi Valley Healthcare District, Tehachapi Valley Hospital : The new 25-bed, 78,979 SF facility will replace the existing hospital, to meet current California Seismic Safety Standards.
